This Is a Dry Jerky.
Thin Flat Sheets of steak are rolled and rubbed-in with plenty of black pepper and then smoked for over 18 hours to lock in the great taste. This is an old fashioned Cowboy Cut.

I have tried about all of the selections except this one. Very good flavor and the cut is excellent.
Jerky jerks is spot on when your looking for that beef jerky that is the way it should be, as if you took it right out of the smoke house.
I finally found jerky that tastes like the jerky I loved as a kid. Yeah!!!!!
We first discovered this jerky at a craft festival in Half Moon Bay 3 or 4 years ago and now keep a constant stock of it at all times! It is one of THE BEST I have ever tried. I normally prefer a really juicy, teriyaki-type jerky but decided to try this after my boyfriend gave it such glowing reviews. It is very dry (but not TOO dry) and has such a delicious spicy flavor only enhanced by the cracked black pepper that dusts the outside. Have water close by! Hope you all enjoy it as much as we do! :)
Thought it was way too tough, but pepper had a kick
This is the thin cut jerky which is my favorite of all. It has the best texture and flavor. I just wish they had more flavors available.
