This Is a Dry Jerky.
Thin Flat Sheets of steak are rolled and rubbed-in with plenty of black pepper and then smoked for over 18 hours to lock in the great taste. This is an old fashioned Cowboy Cut.

This is real jerky. Good pepper, good chew, real beef flavor. Any cowboy would love to have this in his saddle bag!

I ordered all the peppered jerky on their site. This one is the best. It's not too peppery, it's not too dry, and it tastes great.

I really like black pepper, and this jerky is cowboy style done right. I like this one as it is actually nice and spicy due to how much pepper is used to season it, highly recommend.

This is great thin dry jerky with tons of pepper. It is dry and thin; makes me think of the jerky by the counter at a convenience store you're supposed to use the thongs to grab, but never risk, except this is like the super gourmet version. It's not hot, it's super peppery. It might activate your sinuses it's so peppery. I love chewy old fashioned dry jerky, and I don't do hot. But I do love black pepper and this is exactly what I need sometimes when I'm drinking too many light beers watching football. If you love dry chewy jerky, this is numero uno. Good for the jaw muscles.
