Great tasting Garlic Jerky. The perfect amount of Garlic not overpowering. A fan favorite at Garlic Festivals.

The texture of this jerky is very soft and more (tactically) chunk like, even though it comes in big strips. It's extremely moist and you can see and taste the generous immersion of it's sweet, a little spicy, and smokey marinade. The garlic flavor is very slight--as the sweet, spicy and smokey flavors are the true stars. As for a taste comparison, this jerky reminded me of a cross between the top of an amazing meatloaf covered in a ketchup/barbecue sauce and a totally elevated/gourmet Slim Jim (sans casing). It was a bit salty but very tasty paired with an IPA.
