The very best I may have ever had. Tender almost melt in your mouth quality. Almost like eating a filet!! Really excellent flavor. Not tooo hot but just the right kick. Love it!!

Texture is just right Flavor lasts and it is one of the Best I have eaten and when I travel I go out of my way to try new Brands But this one I crave at times.

My family has traveled extensively in the U.S.A. and to many other countries trying different beef jerky. Jerky Hut's Klondike Kate is the very best- always tender and just the right balance of sweet and spicy. For those of you who don't like a lot of spice, don't worry, this is mildly warm and delicious. Several years ago this company went out of business and we were ever so disappointed. You can't imagine how happy we have been since it is once again making the best jerky ever!!
