Very good. A little tough, but still very chewable with a really good flavor. Also for it to be "honey" it's NOT sticky sweet. This is a close second to their Whiskey BBQ, though it's a different cut of meat.

I purchased this for the 1st at a local festival last year. Been hooked ever since. It's perfect blend of sweet & spicy and tender for jerky. Not dry and hard.

It was very tasty however it was all lumped together on receipt and was very hard. Had to cut in chunks as the pieces were as if welded to each other.
