Thin Flat Sheets of steak are rolled and rubbed-in with plenty of black pepper and then smoked for over 18 hours to lock in the great taste. This is an old fashioned Cowboy Cut.

Hello, I love me some black pepper jerky so I figured I'd try all four on the site. This is the first one I've had of the bunch. They taste great. For starts from me because I'd say more than half the pieces I had I ended up chewing a piece of cud at the end. I end up spitting it out. Again, flavor is there and I enjoy it, till the end.
Love the pepper since I can have a lot of salt
I was to weak not to eat out of the bag everyday. It is delicious!!
